I did offer him a gradual increase and even offer to repaint the apartment, install new flooring, and add a dishwasher but his reply was "I don't want any changes, just leave me on the same price that i'm paying in the last 35 years".His 30 days notice was for Nov 1st. and was served on 09.28.18.

As I write this, I am having a radiant gas-powered 150ft heated driveway installed (it's a steep driveway that faces north) and I will be relisting this property in a week as soon as the new concrete is poured.I'm wondering if I have it listed way too low, and if this could be a reason it hasn't sold yet.

Both of these water leaks damaged the kitchen base cabinets (brand new and installed in Aug 2017) resulting in moldly cabinets along the inside bases, damaged water resistance vinyl laminate floors in kitchen, damage to living room wood laminate floors, and a bedroom with moldy carpet due to leak from the the hole in bath tub.

Then create a patio/entry for each lower unit by a simple screen of an above-ground planter from the post to the stairs, or maybe at an angle to where the stairs begin.The rest is comparatively very simple... don't paint the brick, do the siding in a darker dusty green, the window muntins in a very dark gray (it'll match the black powder-coated hog wire balusters), get a very LARGE round fake attic vent for the gable,https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2196/8707/produc...and install a clete at the bottom of the gable which will look like a horizontal supporting member for the second-story columns.Lose those shutters, paint the entry doors a very deep, rich color, with the first and second story doors slightly different.

The house that i am looking into buying is in centerpoint alabama and purchase price at $100k.The major concern that i am having are:The roof is at end of life.floor joist needs to be install due to flooring bad deflectionThere are broken cement at the patio / deckPossible water leak to the basement walls.i just don’t want to be the person who ends up with the expenses the previous owner should be taking care of.Can you give an advice on how to deal with this property?
