Is the contractor experience for your project- Different projects require different experience…”Like you would not hire an interior decorator to pour a concrete sidewalk at your house… you would select a General Contractor to manage the project or you would hire a concrete subcontractor if you want to manage the work yourself.

I now always replace laterals on multiunits when rehabbing.I may have a spectacular sewer cleaning contractor here, but they identified the issue, I then called my excavator in to open the hole, then I had my trusted concrete guy repair sidewalk and curb. 8' down and $4500 total.

Unlike sidewalks, this pad has to have a higher rated PSI concrete ( see your local code for it ) and prep should be quality as well otherwise it will be cracking and sagging before you even get the property sold.
