Start with sealing things up firstSpray foam, new doors/seals, windows, etc. 97% efficiency won't matter if all that efficient heat' just flowing out your roof.2. 

I decided to add a few more items to check on.Climate controlled- humidity controlled.Temperature controlled- heating and air.Prior to building check on floor insulation, Ceiling metal to metal insulations contact points- to reduce heat transfer from the roof to the building frame inside, and also try to do Spray foam insulation to get a great seal.If your building is up already.

So I had the pleasure.Use the foam.

I already sealed up all of the cracks with that spray foam stuff.

My job(s) have allowed me enough flexibility to pursue my investing and most importantly taught me early on that other revenue paths were needed if I wanted to increase my "income" year to year.

I used a memory foam pad with a water proof barrier so stains can not penetrate into the pad. 

@Nick Hedberg I'd have to look at all the numbers again but I could shave a few grand for what we did for sure. 

Anyone have a rec for a cheap spray foam insulation contractor in the Buffalo Ny area?

I use Foaming-Root-Killer.
