Phil certainly knows this business and I believe they are legitimate - not a scam at all.

Any scams similar to this?

I put in my funding request and now I have all type of scam artists contacting me.

Scam?  

There are so many choices for schooling, i am sure some of the choices are scams. 

Can also do this again on backpage but would definitely word it extremely different as to not seem like a scam (on different days as well).

Second suit was criminal total perjury it is a scam.

I want this from my contractor so I can try and make sense of his invoices and try and detect why his last invoice made no sense and whether there is any scam being played.

It sounds like a scam (like those buying clubs for homeowners), but they are waiving membership fees at the moment (to get more investors to signup presumably) and I was wondering if anyone had heard of this and had anything to say (good or bad)?

Not only due to legal changes but also the scam is getting to be known by the public.
