I bet you could make quite a lot with it that way if you're allowed and willing to do the work.All that said, I agree with the posts above that said to basically calculate out your ROI on it and compare that to what you could get with another proposed investment.

It also depends on the fact that if Prop 10 passes, and Oakland institutes their proposal, on whether or not it has rent rollbacks to pre-95 levels (which is unlikely, but you never know).
