I think this a great market and near perfect time of year to get some skin in the game in Music City!

You’ll have way too many neighbors that will quickly get sick of the loud music and puking.

Look for their market presence, success stories of their agents, and any accolades they may have received.But remember, your success all boils down to the effort you put in.

I was in the music business for the past 12 years and also owned a social media marketing company.

If you are being bothered by a roommate playing loud music or keeping you up at night it can cost you a lot more then the savings.

I have a home in a residential zoning area and the vacationers in the STR's near us used crude language, blast their music into the wee hours of the morning, throw liquor bottles into neighboring yards, etc, etc.

As for culture... well it's mixture of different cultures and it's unique music (Motown), left its mark on the music industry.
