I have a mechanical murphy bed product I have used in our vacation rental that people absolutely love!

But this morning I was thinking that’s the only product in the world that  someone can advertise something at a certain price and you go to buy it and they say no I’m raising my price. 

If that is the case, you will most likely have to use more of an “investor” loan product, which will have a higher rate associated with it. 

Is there some loan product or solution that I should look into to try and get enough for this property?

As others have commented, most lenders / banks will have products. 

This type of loan product generally will not be available with a conventional local credit union. 

This usually means someone who sells you mutual fund investments and products based on life insurance.
