I am a few days behind, but we purchased rental #36. it's a little different, but i love when the number increases, no matter how it happens..We have lived in the current house for 17 yrs and over the last year started to slowly look for a larger home for us.

@Cameron Patrick Small...I took a Cram course thru a local RE company in Birmingham...Pre license in the classroom worked well, but I completed Post online...My experience as an investor 10 yrs made the classroom course easier....
