I can't say I've ever heard one single solitary story about any of these potential scenarios actually happening despite a relatively high number of STRs leaving wine etc as a welcome gift.You'd think by now we'd have at least ONE post in here or in the hundreds of STR facebook groups about someone that left wine as a welcome gift and got sued after a drunk person had an accident, or got reamed out by a recovering alcoholic, etc.

@Tejas ParuthooliI can answer your question by telling you a story at what points in my life I was developing the software and I asked my attorney if he could write terms of use his response was brilliant he said the best terms of use policy is that microsoft.com they have the largest law firm in the world at that point it was simply copy and paste.I can understand paying an attorney to drop your first LLC but after your first one it's copy and paste.With single family properties you could probably just have one LLC with your umbrella insurance.

Best decision I ever made. they went on to basically lose the portfolio as 2 steps one back.. theft non pay trashed units.. simply not a sustainable model.I then switched to no debt A class only takes a few of those to hit that magic 10k a month NET cash flow with basically zero drama.. and only a handful of props to manage .. owing 50 houses has major work load if they are section 8..

Which ever home you choose as the main home it will be a tax deduction so it should work out in the long run.Another thing to consider is having two primary homes does not offer a great Schedule E option where you can have the bigger tax shelter.
