Hey guys, I have just completed a marketing program targeting the pre-foreclosure market in the NY Metropolitan area (NYC, BK, BX, Queens and Long Island).

College prone, near downtown, residential, near largest employer of state in nearby area.

People have the right to second guess you, especially since you're in charge of their largest investment.

You can easily cut project costs by 10% if you focus on the largest dollar expenses first (appliances, cabinetry, etc.).Not only that, but for everything that you buy there is a "price" and there is a "cash price".

Not even the largest banks in the country have been able to defeat them head-to-head.

Not only that, but I had also heard that only native islanders can buy the land so that condo developers don't come in and overdevelop the island (no offense intended).Again this is all hear-say, but this is what my relatives in Hawaii told me when I visited some years back.In any case, as far as I can tell most of the natives to Hawaii have a pretty tough time making ends meet.

No discharging it through BK, none of this long term "stalling" to pay it off, I've seen some numbers that suggest that Drs and Attorneys are really bad about this.Heck if the student spent a couple of less spring break on Padre Island, or Daytona Beach and worked instead, maybe they could keep the debt lower.
