They saw ahead that these jobs take a toll on you so bought RE and now live off RE in one form or another.

The downside is that when something breaks, it takes forever to schedule appointments, make sure the tenant is home or a property manager can let them in, and sometimes it even takes two appointments. 

A college student getting an engineering degree should consider different approaches, even if he decides to deploy some/all of the inheritance in real estate, than a high school dropout working a minimum wage job. 

I've got a job posted now on upwork.

You need a new property manager tomorrow.  1) They did a horrible job of screening tenants.

I plan to someday use my Primary job as leverage to work things out with investors while working my 9-5.
