As I'm sure everyone knows, the housing market is pretty locked up right now.

I live in and mostly invest in the Fishtown area but thats because I know my renter and know this area more than most.

They don't know how to properly qualify an investor.Check around before making a decision.

You don't know all of the people living there so that's a big red flag as well.

. 💰 At this point is a no brainer 🧠 and we know if it doesn’t work out or we don’t like doing it we can always revert to a traditional rental.

I highly recommend a well-qualified REALTOR who works with investors and knows how to help you best.7.

It's also great to find a mentor that can show you the ropes (I would know very little without my mentor).

Not sure if you use a PM, but my software tracks the policies and lets me know automatically if there is a lapse in the renters policy, so that we can try and avoid this type of scenario.
