I can share tips on both single and multifamily properties, including out-of-state investing.

I joined as a renter to check it out it and saw a property from American homes 4 rent, it seems similar to hotels and air bnb.

I received more out of the relationships formed, people whom I met at the note summits, on the calls and sharing information on deals with Dean and receiving some valuable tips and advice.Finding Dean's program helped to add to my growing knowledge and education in the note business.

My main questions would be: how long does the entire process take from applying to actually having possible tenants to start picking from, and how do they determine exact amount for rent (the amounts listed on the housing authority site seem way higher than market rent, I’m wondering if I will actually get those numbers or not)any other general tips or advice is also appreciated!
