Because of this, they have changed their fee structure on me two times in the past two years2) They don't have back up cleaners so when the cleaner can't clean, they block off my calendar3) They do not have easily legible financial statements and do not provide 1099s 4) They have made decisions that have required my money without consent5) They block off check-ins on Sundays6) They are not great with technology - though they try to use hostfully to list on many platforms, I will frequently see that my listing is not up on VRBO for example.

They are at 7 and 9 years so far.)My PM pays for themselves in too many ways…I don’t face any fair housing violations because I’m not keeping up on monthly changes local, state and federalThey take care of advertising, showing, rent collection, charging late fees.

A couple of thoughts specific to condo investing:1) Be sure to include the condo fees into your cashflow analysis, and budget for potential assessments as projected capital expenses2) Make sure the condo association is solvent - a good litmus test is whether or not the units are approved for FHA financing3) Make sure the condo association rules/regs allow for rentalsGood luck!
