Is that harsh?  

Some people time flips by mistake to then sell at winter time and nobody wants to move in certain areas where the weather is harsh.

I think often times people are too harsh on realtors.  

No one can force you to enter into that type of an agreement in California.I don't mean to sound harsh, but I am a stickler for facts and checking data.I hope some people find this helpful :-)

Certain markets winter season isn't as harsh as others, but I can see how you could run into multiple issues in such a scenario.

Going East outside of San Diego to Imperial County is a fairly long drive with harsh environment and smaller cities with a different tenant class. 

If she pays the money though, the tenancy is back on and you may have to wait until February to evict if she doesn't move.Sorry to be harsh.

Damage would be large holes in the walls, broken doors, broken faucets....basically items that were clearly broken due to harsh and/or improper use.They want just under $3,000....what did you offer the 3 times you were rejected?

Even if you're replying to someone that was disagreeing with me, your tone is a bit harsh. 

Sales also slow down in California but we also don't really have a "harsh" season so its hard to tell.
