Does he need an armed guard for his work truck while he is inside working?

We really were caught off guard by the amount of opportunity here.

The thing to guard against is accepting a higher than realistic wholesale price (less the “markup” you hope to earn) just to secure the deal.  

I do have a question re guarding this subject on "subject-to" the existing mortgage.

The luxury market is also active for purchases and surprisingly investments...my two next vacant rentals are being listed for $10k/mo (furnished in a guard gated neighborhood) and $18k/mo (unfurnished in guard gated). 

Also there is a elementary school nearby so the surrounding streets are pretty well "guarded".

There are certain safe guards you can put up.

But, here are the issues with trees:They clog up the gutters, unless you have gutter guards.

I actually hired a security guard (in uniform with badge) to have an independent witness with me; the tenant must have thought he was a police officer because he was quite compliant.  

I am a business owner < 2 years, I am in the National Guard, and I just became a relator as well.
