I am not allowed to bring experts in the first (And sometimes only) inspecting visit since they are mostly occupied by conservative families, I am a girl so they welcome my visit!

if its just one note I would go old school.. and just do it by hand.. print out and amortization schedule and just check off when payment is made if its a solid note that pays on time.. before all of this stuff my dad had a girl who did nothing but payment books by hand.. the borrower sent the book in with payment she did the amortization by hand filled in the little book mailed It back..
