Cell phone, car insurance, and maybe a budget for gas and food.

Considering that it is a 5 hour free event that has free food and a full open bar, it's a pretty amazing value.

Can anyone tell me how heathy the choices are for food at the mess halls on base and at sea?

I work for a major food manufacturer and finally received the kick in the *** I needed once we were acquired by an even bigger food manufacturer. 

His complaint is his landlord who lives upstairs has frequent dinner parties at his place, has plenty of guests, and why should he subsidize his landlords cooking particularly when he and his wife eats takeout food as they have no time to cook.

Knowing that the building was high on a hill, about fifty feet above the water, I started doing research and found the following, which was later confirmed by my lender that we did not require food insurance.In my case, just because a properties address is designated in a flood zone, there can be buildings on the property that do not require the insurance.

They called me from the inside a fast-food restaurant that was nice and cool.

You just paid $800 for a $750 fridge:) Then you have the pleasure of paying $600 the following year:)  Just some food for thought...

I pay my son and his friend (son does not have drivers license) to collect monthly ($15/month - they drive slightly close by to get reptile food weekly) but dealing with repairs is still a hassle.
