@Shasky CharlesBlue ocean opportunities in commercial real estate by Cherif Medawar This is an amazing book that is available on Amazon for $2.99 Cherif Medawar is an experienced investor, teacher and a real estate fund manager so he has a lot of experience and his book details some great strategies and concepts - I could not put it down and have recommended to many people who enjoyed it and used its business models

and they have an education model were they look for bird dogs to become commerical brokers working with them its nice they disclose the costs.. up to 30k it looks like.. some of the loan products in some of the states require NMLS  not sure if they are licensed did not see that on their site.

Yeah, speculating on only the current cash flow vs the bigger pockets future picture is pretty typical BP TK model perhaps. 

Would love to hear recommendations for and against specific models of digital locks.

Indy has become a model for other cities redevelopment. 

Thanks, Bryan Clement  FYI the mortgage industry is still using the decade old FICO models, not the most current ones (queue 50 borrowers a month: "But my Discover Card says it's 30 points higher than what you just said!"
