There has been a lot of turnover in the featured agent program and I agree, the lack of responsiveness to us (the paying customers) and inability to reach an account rep directly, could use some serious improvement.

I agree if he trashed the place AND stole items, get the police and your insurance involved. $50+K is too much damage to not do anything especially if he is a person in a position of authority and can cause problems for others.I'm curious.

There are other avenues to review but I agree past rental history is important (disclosure I have 15+ doors right now)If you feel bad for them then rent to them.My point is its corporate america and you are blaming the wrong person - you are blaming the corporation but you should be blaming the politicians who create an environment that is tenant friendly and sue happy.
