The original owners were the elderly couple.

It's currently owner occupied by an elderly woman with family overseas.

He was elderly and passed away last year so his wife is selling it now.  

The property is in great shape (got new laminate in ground floor and new carpet for bed rooms when my old tenant left) and I landed a potential long term tenant (single elder person with solid income), so don't want to cash outCheersSunny

And the elderly father issue - kinda feel terrible about possibly kicking him out of his home at 92 years old..

I make a cold call and ended up speaking to an elderly lady who after some speaking has a portfolio of 24 different locations.

And Usually If it festers too long The elders will meet and see if this Needy person Is truly trying in life to improve their situation and if not the money will be cut off .
