In my opinion, I think this is a great cash flow opportunity.As a broke newbie with low credit, this is obviously just a dream.

I am excited for this new chapter in my life and would like to give a brief synopsis of how it all went down to hopefully inspire others to make a move towards making their dreams a reality.So first off I began my interest in REI last summer.  

As I’m not just going to give up on my dream, I was hoping somebody here on Biggerpockets would be able to point me in the direction of a possible path I could follow.Will I have to go trough the hard immigration process or can I come up with a creative solution?

@James Wise   well I am going to roll into town one day and your going to buy me those pastami balls I dream of those things.out here in granola land they would be not be popular.. but if your looking for wheatgrass and kale on every corner along with Coffee and a bunch of folks with funny colored hair then you should come out and visit

LOL, yes, I "wholesaled before investors dreamed it up.  

Then I got laid off late in my career...I decided to invest some of my severance to fund my dream.

My "real" job allows me to work from home almost entirely, so we would love to find a place we could call our home down there that also had rental units attached, or the real dream of a large 5-10 room place that we could operate full time as a B&B.

My passion for food has been in the Foreground for most of my life, but my Dad was a great inspiration in the real estate dreams that I have.
