As I've said here in the forums in the past, I was part of the Home Depot Seeds program once, and I got thousands of dollars of merchandise every month to write about it.

In my market, the zoning and plans approval team are pretty friendly and free to ask, so before you spend a dollar, I would give the local building department/zoning department a call and see if you can get answers.If they are not very friendly, than an architect would likely be my next call.  

This is why rich people, despite cries about not paying fair shares, in reality pay disproportionately more per dollar than others, that is, more than their fair share relative to others.

$$Just because a dude says this is the way to make a zillion dollars doesn't make it real.

Getting those properties for pennies on the dollar, renovating them so they can withstand another 100 years, and fully furnishing them at a 30 day minimum is giving off some solid cash flow!

You're on the right track..the BP tab 'Tools' has some decent resources, I've also found excellent analysis spreadsheet on Etsy for a few dollars.

Don't sink every dollar you have to get through the closing process.

If their home is in good/decent condition AND they are in a position to sell for top dollar, your job as a wholesaler will be tough.
