You need to have a plan of actions to take to collect if you even want a chance to see anything from those judgements.

@Sara Donohue I don't recommend buying land if there's not an actionable plan whereby the buyer can build.

Set action plans that your going to strive for ____ and if by __ date plan A fails, you roll too plan B.

I just submitted a conceptual plan to the City and they agreed to do a feasibility analysis to see if SB-9 will work for my parcel.

Also, I plan on purchasing this property with cash.
