There are a few options that are currently on our list:- Buy another townhouse- Purchase a property in old town and renovate- Build a new home with an accessory dwelling- Purchase a newer home and have an accessory dwelling addedI work as a DBA (Database Administrator) so I like going through the details.

For class A you have the location and then the buildings themselves.A class A building in the suburbs will not be coveted as a trophy asset like in the urban core for big institutional buyers as part of their overall portfolio.So even for class A the caps go higher in the secondary and tertiary markets compared to urban core.The rates vary really all across the country by deal size and type of product to market.

The Accessory Structure detached cannot be a dwelling, and the Guest Cottage can be a dwelling but only unpaid, cannot be used for short-term or long-term rental.
