I agree, I would be very careful doing anything that is not permitted or allowed based on the zoning.

Hi Brandon, I agree with Jonathan. 

For instance, if the neighboring unit has a shut-in chain-smoker, or the house has railroad tracks behind it, it is definitely better to let a lead know and lose them than to not disclose, upset them and lose them (after they leave a nasty review).I'd agree with Jonathan that even late complaints need to be taken seriously, and barring some obvious malfeasance, I would just take the word of the resident and fix the issue.

This is how it operates in those other countries so often cited as working better.

Unfortunately, North Jersey is probably one of the hardest BRRRR markets in the country right now because of extremely low inventory, high demand, and pushed up prices because single-family home buyers are buying the properties that we all used to buy to fix up because they are desperate.You can BRRRR, carefully, into many parts of Pennsylvania though but remember that interest rates right now make it very hard to BRRRR.
