Hi Guys,I'm under contract on a 133 unit self storage facility in Odessa, TX at a purchase price of $615k.

Do you know how to evaluate a storage facility to determine market value, return on investment, cash flow, management needs, projected maintenance, etc?

OH I threw out the fire alarms they do not work right they go off when I cook, every time."   

I talked with the fireman & it was disappointing to learn that the facility will be new but they are not adding any new fire trucks (2) or men (3).

(The Cook & collar counties started allowing foreclosure sales of vacant homes)Cumberland County, New Jersey is not scheduling foreclosure sales.Sacramento, California - courts are backed up & everything is slow going.Stark & Franklin Counties, Ohio seem very slow but I don't have experience prior to COVID so I'm not sure if it's normal or not.

I am part of a team that builds new homes in New Jersey and Philadelphia and I am looking into the possibility of building or renovating homes to be assisted living facilities.  

However, that doesn't mean you can't mention in your Zillow ad what the distance is to military bases/facilities from your property.
