Been awhile since I have posted on these forums but I am excited for 2023 and this is a great thread to jump back in to the conversations. 

Many cities are regulating who pays for screenings and how much they can charge because many landlords will charge applicants a fee and then they'll take 50 applications, but that's a whole different conversation. 

While sellers or wholesalers may sometimes dictate the title company, having your preferred option ready can be advantageous.To vet potential team members, engage in conversations and assess their responsiveness.

I like posting data that is "against the grain" to get a conversation started.
