On the next house,  unless I can get cheaper quotes, i'll do the tile work in the bathrooms / kitchen.  

But they won't pay extra for it.Floor and Decor is a great place for tile and flooring in general.  

For the bathroom, I want to put in a walk-in shower in place of the combo unit (I know about the hit to rent-ability), and tile the floor.

Before laying new tiles, do you recommend to spray termite chemical?

The cost to remove them, redo the sub floor, new tubs, plumbing and tile work does not appeal to me.
