Vancouver is a bedroom community and if your going south to PDX traffic can be horrible..but if they are not driving during commute hours should be OK.we get a little weather in Oregon s well.. we had an ice storm also.. not nearly as bad as Texas and summer well this is the best summer weather other than the SF bay area  or prime LA.. 

Now there is a lawsuit and its not looking good for that individual, not only on that business venture but also the personal guarantees involved as well and the businessperson has an arsenal of attorneys and has no issues spending $1M on a lawsuit to bleed every penny out of that other individual.

Female animals will bleed and the scent will attract every animal in the neighborhood.

So I furnished the house and put it on AirBNB so that I could stop bleeding capital to the loan payments.

One year later a 5 unit fell into our lap and if I go back over the numbers we would have been bleeding on those duplexes or tri's.

Im trying to find a way to reduce expenses and reduce the bleeding, a way to turn the assets I have into a stabilization plan.  

This is definitely a long term strategy, but for those sitting on a lot of capital it might be worth bleeding for a little now to get a big payday later.
