Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

As an agent, I think once you've assigned the contract to the LLC with an "addendum to the contract" you should just be signing as the LLC and whomever owns the LLC. 

In our situation, property managers won't likely fit into the pie since we are looking to sell the property in the open market.However, you can always leverage your "rock star" agent who found you the deal (assuming it's not an offmarket deal or from a wholesaler) to check up on the construction every so often.

I would say I have clients that don't have either license and they do great even with paying a contractor and agent.

Only downside is they don’t have much multi family from what I was told from an agent.

Balance what you are learning through KW on how to be an agent and in the real estate class (much better basis for investors in real life than agents) with going to real estate investor meetups in your area.

If lenders would consider a 2-3% buyers agent commission as part of the purchase price and LTV based on this (contract price + buyers agent commission) we can end this Byzantine step of the buyer’s agent having a separate agreement executed with the seller for the seller to offer to cover the buyers agent commission.  

I contacted the agent that had it listed for sale and sold, asking if their client was now renting the property?
