Anyone can go back to my previous posts and I think what you will find is that most of the time I mentioned the Safe Act or other requirements, that there is little acknowlegement by anyone and it is ignored as it has been in this thread.So, Conrad, compliance will likely be a downside to what you have planned.

Boy from my point of view if these bad actors Morris and OP just ride off into the sunset leaving this carnage behind them with no real consequences I will be so very disappointed in our judicial system and the state of INdiana regulators..

As much as I hated Dodd Frank at first, I must admit that it got a lot of bad actors out of the lending business, but Private Lending to Entities (LLCs, S-Corps, etc) aren't really heavily regulated like residential lending is.
