Rentometer.com hit the crap because they're requiring you have membership to make more than 10 rent rates...It used to be a free platform and now they converted to a subscription that I'm not willing to pay- anybody know any other sites that portray somewhat accuracy such as rentometer?

was not berating you ,,, you asked what questions to ask.. those are the questions I ask.. as 95% of wholesalers you will run into ( and you will find this out for yourself) are new have never done a deal.. have no clue as to what they are doing and are not capable of answering your 12 questions with any accuracy they just want to pimp deals and be done..

But, if you're analyzing lots of deals, 9% of ARV is probably going to be a lot quicker to compute than 10% of total costs (as adding up total buying, holding and selling costs typically takes a bit more time).Sorry to be pedantic, but the engineer/mathematician likes both accuracy and precision... :-)
