It might be a moot point because it's not violent or aggressive from what I've seen.I've been ardently searching for relevant case law or news of enforcement (fines, etc), but so far no luck!

Hi @Casi RiceThe most effective Agents and Loan Officers are ones that are investors themselves, highly communicative, and are a valuable resource hub.

The Long-Distance Real Estate Investing book is a great one to get the lay of the land on doing it from afar, but getting on-site experience will also be important in your journey.

None of the sites, including AirDNA which I like and use, are to be trusted at face value.

Point is, by your own statement you already have the best resource available, at hand, to answer all of this, and then some. 

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.
