Not to long ago I was in the process of joining the marines corps to be an infantryman until a relative of mines introduced me to RE wholesaling and at first i didn’t pay it no attention until I started to do my own research and now I’m obsessed with RE overall... fast forward to about two weeks later and I built relationships with several buyers, got contracts all typed up and printed out just in case and found several GREAT investment properties for investors the only thing that’s giving me problems is finding out who actually owns the property, the houses look like nobody has been living there for years, I heard several different ways that you’ll be able to reach out to the owner like direct mailing, asking neighbors, using your county tax assessor and etc but what I want to do is actually talk face to face with the owner and I can’t seem to do so because I cannot get in contact with the actual owners any advice or tips

I watched this new Nugu's video, felt my "heart strings tugged" at the idea that he was not only widowed, but a single dad, and unemployed to boot, then felt the RA RA SIS BOOM BA go off in my head when I heard he was an ex Marine, Semper Fi baby, and so I waded through the intro to get to some of the meat.
