I have uploaded an introduction video on my profile page which I linked from my YouTube channel but it doesn't seem to pop up or play when I hit the play button on it.

I was watching some youtube videos and it seems people do this all over the country.Anyone know how to get started or what areas in the country to look at first? 

There are companies pounding my inbox that I should build out my brand, spend a bunch of money on videos, photos, design, Google marketing, affiliate sales, etc.... for a higher return and control of my own destiny. 

Sometimes the best way is to arrange regular times to do showings like 1-3pm on Saturdays so the seller can be available to let you and your prospective assigns in.Otherwise as stated, take pictures, and preferably a walk through video too.
