Some fundamental concepts are timeless and bare repeating so they become fundamentals for a new generation.

I know this is a lot of info, but using an example is the only way I think I could grasp the concept.

You are selling a concept.RE sales are all about selling concepts, you sell the concept and the property sells itself. :)

Most of the competition believed in the concept of having as much debt as possible.I later sold all the properties to a single real estate investor who had few years experience in the business.

The SLO is the oldest concept in tenancy, today it's loaded with liability and restrictions, really not a place for newbies to go at all.
