In general smaller local banks and credit unions are more likely to do manual underwriting than big national banks.

The nationally renowned Colyton Grammar School is served by school bus in the village and Exeter also has an excellent choice of state schools and league table private schools.

There are other things about the location that appeal to me, and things about the eastern part of the neighborhood that appeal to me as well.

Some weeks have more product come on nationally depending on time of the year and real estate cycles with debt rates.

I just don't see a 10%+ reduction in overall prices in Nashville in the near future, short of skyrocketing interest rates or the complete nationalization of health care.
