Yeah, at the end of the day it is going to have to come down to delivery of real, wet, potable water.

Delivery workers, property workers, landscapers, contractors, your mailman, your garbage man, your meter readers, etc., are great for this because they are driving neighborhoods everyday anyway.

However, the tongue and road wheels of manufactured homes are frequently retained by the manufacturer after delivery and installation.

The delivery guys let me know it was too big and they weren't going to be able to get it in the house. 

I explain that while it does cost a little more over the course of the year to pay on paydays rather than monthly, people choose to pay for convenience all the time with overnight shipping, same day delivery, eating out vs. cooking at home, etc.  

In this current market, there is no DoorDash for deal delivery while you sit back and watch TV.

A price point of $65k to $75k is going to be very, very difficult for a company to delivery a high quality, highly desirable and high demand investment property when it is being sold Turnkey.  

Can delivery trucks easily access the property?

Plus, you’ll need to set up deliveries, but if you do automatic deliveries, it’s really nothing you need to worry about.
