Mom and Dad think they are parking their money there, they are not familiar with paying taxes on property, never get the notice, can't be found when they are deep in China or Mongolia or wherever, paid cash for the property and then lose it at the tax sale.

If we pay back those unfriendly lenders (i presume you mean china), with inflated dollars it would effectively reduce our debt burden.
