its good you can absorb that others would be in a tizzy.. lets see how it all works out. its good you have a one stop shop though that should mitigate contractor issues that are abundant in those type of deals when your not local or a volume client . 

I always admire those that are willing to share their "knowledge" or "secrets" for free online because they have the abundance mindset and heck everyone in the world can share all their business "secrets" online for everyone else and still the same percentage of overall people will find success. 

The SEC has made this abundantly clear and has put their enforcement money where their mouth is in this regard.  

I didn't earn, chose, or deserve the life given to me, and it would be unethical of me to not do my very best to make a positive impact on this planet every day so that a higher percentage of the future population can live a life of equal or great abundance than my own in the future. 

I followed the advice I found freely here and in abundance, and now I run a legitimate business.

Everyone invests differently and many people place a premium on this inflation hedge because they are abundantly confident that this erosion of purchasing power will continue to occur over their lifetime.

Why not a simple, yet bold, sign on the door that makes it abundantly clear this home is NOT FOR RENT.

I took a number of things away from that event, most notably an "abundance mentality".

And areas with abundant low priced homes are prime areas .. those in much higher priced areas will find wholesaling to be somewhat more difficult.. not that some don't make a good run at it.. but you need a lot of money up front for marketing if your going to make any meaningful amount of money. 

There's even the possibility of partnering with someone more knowledgeable or better connect to the deal.In these days of an over-abundance loose, cheap investor capital, a couple of deals a year isn't going to get you much buying power or leverage.
