Id bet it all on black... and still come out equal to, or better than 98% of newbie wholesalers whether I won or lost. :)

Ok, I'm really kind of disturbed by some of the discussion here because its so darn black and white.

Ann Bellamy is one of the founders of the Black Diamond group that meets in Waltham and Worcester.

Fortunately Tom is truly a genius when it comes to manufacturing and within two years the company was in the black and profitable.

The carpet was stained like someone walked around spilling who knows what and never bothered to wash it up, very dirty dirty walls, black water in the toilet, screens busted out of the screen doors, the fridge was new but you about died when you opened it from the smell of rotting food...you get the picture.

Heading closer to Boston there is the Boston Area REIA in Medford and the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham that I'd highly recommend.  

Assuming the cabinets are nice and that these pics aren't making them look better than they are - I would keep the red cabinets and lose the black-and-white floor and trim.  

our 27 lots subdivision was paved last week... franchise utilities and back yard drains left .. plans for 2 models into city hope to record plat and break ground mid april.. Market still holding at 150  a foot for 2 s...

@Dan Sieg  Not to be to Harsh but its this type of activity that really gives the industry a black eye.. you have someone ( you) with no means to close running around trying to tie up properties with the hope of finding a buyer.. you insinuate   one thing but can't back it up.
