They are looking to sell by owner their property/business. 3 acres zoned commercial with a older studio apartment, a 2 BR 2 Bath owners quarters custom home built in 2020 with a big workshop, and 13 (Long term) monthly RV full hookup parking spots.

It has been a great networking tool, and I have learned A LOT from the classes and workshops I have attended through the club.

Home Depot and Lowes hosts workshops, but I think the best way to get knowledge without direct experience is by taking some type of part-time evening class at a technical school.

I'm new to BP, but recently went to a free Pathways event and thinking about doing their 3 day workshop.

If you are interested I would highly recommend checking out their website and signing up for one of their initial workshops.

Still trying to decide if I'll attend the 4-day workshop that's being offered at a discount (I think $995).

I purchased the 3-day workshop for 197 (for two tickets) and I am able to get a refund if I wanted to.

Today we attended a workshop on rehab and flipping houses.This workshop was quite informative and it was geared for the new York market rather than just general information.The most valuable information was knowing your numbers.
