@Mary Munoz , in addition to handing out an application to anyone who wants one, consider printing - and framing so they don't walk away with someone - a list of qualifications. 

The spacious primary suite also offers mountain views, a large walk-in closet, and a convenient ensuite bathroom.

Unless you can walk the real estate walk with these folks, hire a reputable person to represent you.
