I highly doubt you’ll get the post office notary or the one at your personal bank to notarize a real estate transaction, let alone any loan documents that may be involved, then you’d still have to deliver them to your title co.

Here is what we had to do:Our lawyer sent us paperwork to fill out, that basically just wanted our information and the company (LLC) information.Once we filled out the paperwork, we had it notarized and sent it back.
