Hi All,I know a lot of people are turning to virtual assistants to offload some of the repetitive tasks that are taking up valuable time for real estate investors.I'm about to embark on a change of situation and will be living in Brazil for the next 12 months.

I'm looking for a contact organization system, a lead generation system, marketing systems (internet and direct mail), and a system that allows me to invest virtually, freeing up my time.

The seller has made no improvements, rents out the properties for below market rates and does virtually no marketing. 

And the appreciation is virtually irrelevant if you end up with a net loss in cash flow.
