.); House Rule violations; Housekeeping Issues; Did not provide proper notice of vacating; Unauthorized (occupants, animals, vehicles); Vacated early WITH notice and paid pro-rated rent through occupancy; and, of course, found the premises unsuitable and was allowed to vacate early.The main point is, do NOT make your "reference" a personal attack, as that, could land you in court if the Tenant learns the details...regardless if accurate or not!

I know Newer trailers could be in our area the cutoff was 1976 and newer had to do with building codes or something.. so in that case as a note buyer you would need the assignment of trust deed and then put a security instrument ( like car loan) on the trailer.. most 1971 trailers tough in all practical purposes are all but  worthless so the only value in reality is the dirt..

Only becasue of Clayton Morris.Also really liked Gully  he was polarizing and i did not agree with everything he said especially about fractionalized mortgages since they are alive and well in CA.. so you cant put one type of debt instrument and say its illegal in all states.Anyway.. off to the pool here in a little bit..
