Back to your original topic (we investors do chase rabbits sometimes)...I am not aware of such a place that is not already in an established tourism/STR market.

In my opinion, it should not be looked at as a bad thing...but to be honest most people don't see it that way.What I don't like specifically about inspections is the inconsistency about what is approved and what isn't, but thats a different topic all together.

We're part of the SubTo Community and I knew right away this was not right, it would have been a hot topic within the community.

For rentals, and this is a controversial topic, I actually create individual trusts to hold title to each and every rental.
