I have another camera that keeps an eye on my dock (boat, jet skis etc)You can mix and match cameras as long as they are POE and have ONVIF protocol.I love the camera system to keep tabs on my house that is an hour away as well as my Honeywell 9000 Wi-FI thermostats.

I have read some on the forums about de minimis and a $500 threshold per item/invoice but am still uncertain of the proper tax treatment.These would be tools such as a small compressor, wall texture sprayer, hammer, pry bar, chalk line, broom, safety glasses, multi tool, trash bags etc etc.

For truly passive investors or those not wanting any additional responsibility or required self-education then just contributing to a retirement account is much better than putting it in one of those high-yield 1% savings accounts or worse yet - buying a new matching pair of jet skis for you and your cousin to hit the lake with.
