I have four 6 plexes in Louisville on the same street and they all do not have locks on the main doors, just a handle to open them.I need to add locks so the tenants have some added security.

Also, find out if the main sewage line from the house to the street is original.

I know this post is a little outdated and the property has been sold, but I wanted to add.I went to see a fourplex on that specific street a few years ago (I think it was for sale for around $120k-$150k), it seems like a VERY HIGH CRIME area.

Furthermore I know the 78745 area very well, every street, subdivision, school and just about all the information I need to know what type of conditions the homes are in (older homes mostly that need renovations).  

My metric is that if my wife would not feel safe walking down the street at night, then we do not invest in that area.
